We are currently working alongside a leading Facilities Management company to recruit a Supply Chain Lead to join a Procurement and Supply Chain transformation programme based out of their Weybridge Office

Reporting into the new Head of Supply Chain Assurance, you will support the flow down of appropriate T&Cs to the supply chain from prime (customer) contracts to minimise risk

Key Responsibilities include;

Leading a team of two to flow-down contractual clauses to the supply chain, negotiating the best negotiated outcome to mitigate risk. Clear reporting of risk/control plans. Close collaboration with Legal
Ensure 95% of suppliers are onboarded into Achilles and validated to the right level. Ongoing monitoring and management of risk/cost avoidance. Clear methodology for auditing internal and external suppliers. Clear process for reviewing and auditing supplier business continuity plans.
Support our CSR and third-party risk management agenda e.g. the Prompt Payment Code, GPDR and Modern Slavery Act.
Drive consistent performance supplier management programme including a balanced scorecard process for the Supply Chain & Procurement Function, the wider business and externally for suppliers.
Manage Supplier Relationship Management programme to create the optimum environment to support supplier collaboration and innovation to deliver a consistent methodology for engaging and managing suppliers appropriatelyIdeal Candidate;

Extensive and proven experience in Assurance typically 2+ years.
Degree educational background.
Professional certification CIPS and/or MBA are highly desirable.
Strong business acumen, with negotiation and contracting skills. for further information
