National Account Manager

Driver Hire Group Services is the head office of the UK’s leading specialist transport & logistics recruiter, with a network of over 100 franchised and managed offices. It provides support services to the offices in our network. The National Accounts department is fundamental to our market growth offering a national supply of temporary drivers delivered at a local level to key players in the logistics sector.

With our continued growth and development plants, it’s a great time to be part of Driver Hire. As a part of our development, we are currently recruiting for a National Accounts Manager based at head office in Bradford but with UK travel.

The key responsibility is to win new national business by way of sourcing your own leads or through referrals. Then it’s about keeping that business and growing it; this will only be achieved by engaging effectively with our network of offices and ensuring that they provide the best service to the accounts locally, whilst you continue to forge strong relationships with the decision makers within the customer accounts.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally, someone with experience gained in a demanding multi-level recruitment sales management role, but solid B2B sales experience in selling a service will be considered. Equally, this could be an ideal next step role for an experienced recruiter with a flair for sales.

Strong relationship building skills combined with excellent multi channel levels of communication.

Highly levels of numeracy with excellent business acumen.

Ability to sell multiple products and services as we are currently developing an exciting expansion of our portfolio of products and services. We’re already the UK’s largest single provider of Driver CPC training and are now in the process of introducing e-Learning and other online services. Our business is also successfully branching out into international markets, starting with Australia.
