Account Manager – POS / Visual Merchandising – Central London/Greater London – £40,000

We have an excellent opportunity for a POS Account Manager to join our award winning client. As the POS Account Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of client activities; you will be working both on-site this funky account in Central London as well as their own impressive offices in Greater London.

As the Account Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of this global name in the Film & Entertainment business, ensuring that their projects are flawlessly handled through the business to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Support the client relationship, reading briefs, managing the relationship, including resolving emerging issues and delivering projects, and working to the service level agreement/ price matrices;
• Support the account directors with the client brief, including identifying issues before they arise, and effectively communicating the project to Production/Manufacturing/relevant directors;
• Act as the point of contact between the business and the Account Director/client on queries, confirming responses, agreements and actions as appropriate;
• Manage arising issues in consultation with the Account Director, providing issue breakdown, options and solutions, and ensure that the situation is resolved to a satisfactory conclusion;

Skills, knowledge and experience:

– Relevant experience in the creative, distribution or print industries;
– Previous experience on-site client experience;
– Previous Visual Merchandising experience is desirable;
– Possess a high attention to detail;
– Polished, professional approach;
– A business or print qualification is desirable, but not essential
– Experience of working in multi-disciplined teams
