Electrical Supervisor / Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor/Manager to join an established, growing business (Construction/Refurbishments).

Our client has gone from strength to strength solely based on their excellent works and delivery across construction, and refurbishments within the Commercially.

Company Car, 30DH, Pension, Insurance plus continued support, training.

• The Electrical Supervisor/Manager will work with us in our Mechanical and Electrical department.
• The Electrical Supervisor/Manager will procure materials/deliver projects.
• The Electrical Supervisor/Manager to work alongside the Head of ME.
• To Develop and manage the engineers.
• To deliver toolbox meetings, site meetings, and/or surveys as required.
• To undertake QA inspection audits & visits.
• To achieve personal and team KPIs’s ensuring the number of completed jobs meets the business and clients’ needs.
• Promote all aspects of Health & Safety, to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Ensuring the results of inspection and testing are recorded correctly on the appropriate certificates or reports.
• Produce and sign off NICEIC certification and other required test data.
• Ensuring that the business’ premises, equipment, documentation, and records are available for inspection when required by NICEIC.
• Understand the Electricity at Work Regulations, BS 7671.
• Understand the inspection, testing, verification, certification, and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken.
• To undertake QS inspection audits & visits.
• The Electrical Supervisor/Manager assists in the development of apprentices.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Electrician -18th Edition
• Level 3 Testing & Inspection qualification, 2391 or equivalent · Level 3 Installations qualification 2330 or equivalent
• NICEIC qualified (not essential but will need to register)
• An extensive understanding of BS7671
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
