Electrical Supervisor – Residential

Our client is a market leading medium sized building services contractor who have recently secured a £26,000million M&E package on a large new build residential development. They are looking to add an experienced Supervisor to manange all sub contractors and labour from concept to handover.

Duties:

Management of sub contract and direct labour
Tool box talks
Running inductions
Taking responsibility for QA and H&S
Management of RAMS
Procurement of plant and materials
Reporting into the project managerRequirements:

Relevant Mechanical Apprenticeship, City and Guild or Equivalent
SSSTS or SMSTS
Experience leading a team of 20-30 operatives in the delivery of mechanical services
