Salary: £18 per hour
The Client
Our client offers a range of full building services from surveys to maintenance level throughout a variety of sectors from food, sports stadiums, schools and more! They are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Engineer to work in Manchester City Centre on a complete retrofit of a 10 storey building with a value of £15M. The works will be for a period of 14 months.
The Role and its Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to testing operatives
- Inspections
- Checking installation quality
- Final sign off responsibilities
- Organize site teams
- Site management of electrical teams
- Accurate progress reporting
- RAMS on site
- Ensuring standards, guidelines and specification is adhered to
- Maintainance of Inspection and Test Plans
- Management and updating of Programme of Works
- Installation and testing of LV distribution systems
The Individual
This role needs a confident individual who can work in a sometimes-pressurised environment on a high value project. The company require a team player and leader and you must be up to date with IEE wiring regs.
Skills and Qualifications
- NICEIC Qualified Supervisor level
- City & Guilds 2382 17th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394 & 2395 Inspection
- Knowledge of current H & S legislation
Salary and Package
£52-55K
