Our growing client in Fleet is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their friendly team.
Applicants will ideally speak both English and another language fluently, enabling them to build relationships with over seas clients. German, Dutch, Polish, French, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish are all of interest.
This opportunity will initially start as a 6 month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Free parking is available and the office is close to Fleet train station.
Duties will include:
– Order processing of spare parts and products using Oracle
– Confirming prices, offers and orders with clients and customers
– Monitoring orders with regards to shipping and logistics, whilst ensuring customers are updated
– Answering customer queries efficiently both over the phone and via email
– Confirming delivery times and documents needed with all parties
– Processing complaints on the Oracle system
– Following up on customer enquiries
– Providing quotes
– Additional project work where necessary
