Customer Service – Emergency Handler … Shift Work

A UK LEADING SUPPLIER NEED YOU. This Norwich based business provides a first class service to customers all around the UK. The fast paced, active and expanding Emergency Response Team need a dynamic and reactive customer service agent.

You will be responsible for taking calls from customers in urgent situations who require a rapid response to secure and resolve issues whilst being sympathetic and efficient, ensuring an outstanding service is delivered throughout. You will work a two week SHIFT pattern to ensure cover is provided at all times. This will be continuous and varied so you will need to be alert and organised to coordinate the amount of jobs coming in.

Excellent telephone manner
Huge attention to detail
Brilliant customer service skills – Previous experience desirable
Previous experience in task coordination/logistics would be helpful
£26,000 per year

You will be working shifts Monday to Friday;

Week 1 – 07:30-17:00

2 – 12:30-22:00
