We have an exciting opportunity for an Systems Administrator – CAFM / Facility Management to join our team based in Kearsley. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive Salary: £26,000per year.

We are aiming to grow to 1,000 practices in the next 3 years so this will be an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Systems Administrator to become part of a fast growing business. The ideal candidate will have intermediate – advanced Excel skills.
Systems Administrator – Duties and responsibilities:
Management of CAFM Database
– Asset management
– Acquisitions and disposals
– Structure
– Contractor Uploads for invoice verification
– Interface with other management/ software administrators/systems
Create a CAFM user manual
– For use by all members of the Facilities Helpdesk Team documenting all processes
– Deliver training on all aspects of CAFM
Assist in the provision of reactive property and equipment maintenance to the organisation
– Stand in for RHA’s when required
– Create work templates that will improve MI
Management of Planned Preventative Maintenance
– Raising PO’s and management of PPM assets within the CAFM database
– Scheduling PPM on the system so that RHA’s can find information easily
– Liaising with appointed contractors and practice staff to ensure agreed schedules are completed on time, with related certification stored centrally on the appropriate drive
Manage all CAFM MI Reporting
– Ensure TV screen displays accurate data on the Helpdesk Team stats
– Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports on a scheduled and adhoc basis to Management.
Clear down historical work orders that are no longer valid
– Start from the beginning looking at maintenance of the current system
– Ensure the system only has jobs logged that are active and waiting to be resolved.
Systems Administrator Person specification:
– IT literate to a high level, with experience of FM help desk software and Excel a business requirement
– Ability to manage multi disciplines within contractors
– Self-motivation / time management (willingness to attend training to develop)
