Senior IT Systems Administrator

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Systems Administrator for our client based in Burton on Trent. The role is to manage the IT and telephony function for the company and to be the first point of contact. Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure local hardware is up to date and secure
• Ensure equipment and systems are working as per requirements
• Ensure security (network access, system access, data)
• Assist in management of Application Licensing
• Manage & Resolve IT & Telecom Support Requests
• Manage & control Print Solution & contract
• Manage Telephone systems & contracts
• Manage Mobile Phones, mobile applications & contracts
• Manage Internet Lines & contracts
• Assist in the management of Projects (Enhancements, Upgrades, New Technology)
• Maintain documentation for all aspects of IT
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
