Future Build Recruitment is currently searching for Trainee Site Manager for a leading National House Builder based in Surrey. They have been established for over 100 years and have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality volume housing and high rise apartment buildings.

In addition they are well known for offering an industry wide respected training and development programme over 2 or 3 years. It is made up of a mix of hands on working while gaining a recognised qualification as well as learning how the business works as a whole, spending time with Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Planners, ensuring Trainees gain the complete picture.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum A-Level Qualification or equivalent achieved
Vocational qualifications will be an advantage
Graduate level an advantage, but not essential
Commitment to a career in Construction
Pride in work and enthusiasm for the role
