Senior Site Manager – Multi-Phased Residential (16 Year Project)

Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 per year

The Role:
A Senior Site Manager is required to join a major scheme based near Fleet/Farnborough. This project involves everything from family homes to apartments, from civils and heavy utilities through to vast landscaping. Bar high rise, it is a project that can offer a little of everything. The role could involve a variety of things from running a block or phase or working under a Project Manager on a larger aspect of the Development. You will often have Assistant/Site Managers as direct reports and manage trades and at times, external consultants. This is the perfect project to take your career to the next level. It will offer you all the challenges you need and as the project moves forwards, opportunities to progress will present themselves.
The Applicant:
You could be a strong Site Manager ready to step up, a Project Manager running smaller projects or already an established Senior Site Manager who needs new challenges to develop. It suits people who are driven and always want to move forwards.
The ideal candidate must have:
* Experience working on residential projects, ideally large multi-phased schemes
* Knowledge of the full build process from groundworks through to post completion customer care.
* Further education, be that trade qualified or a relevant degree such as Construction Management
It is desirable to have:
* Worked for a top 10 Developer
* Experience on internals and externals within residential developments.
