Salary: £42,000 – £50,400 per year
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join a highly reputable and well established Lincoln based regional Main Contractor on a permanent basis, this role has become available due to natural growth and planned development within the county.
The current Assistant Project Manager opportunity will be working on a variety of interesting design & build projects ranging from housing to large manufacturing sites, leisure centres and offices amongst others throughout Lincoln.
Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting Project manager throughout lifespan of project
* Assisting with program management
* Work with onsite teams to support where required
* Client relationship building
* Working closely with commercial team to achieve cost efficiencies
The Candidate:
* Assistant project manager experience
* Able to read drawings
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Commutable distance to Lincoln centre
* Strong IT Skills
* Good Communicator and Team player
