Customer Services Executive

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are excited to be recruiting for a newly formed business to be based in Corby
We are open to applications for either full or part time for this position and it will be office based.

The role

Working as part of a small team to provide an excellent and personal service to our existing and new customer

Responsibilities

* Building a relationship with customers to maintain repeat business

* Contacting new enquiries in a timely manner

* Completing all daily activity calls

* Log all orders on SAP system correctly

* Maintaining the customer database to a high standard

* Supporting all areas of the business by communicating customer needs

* Working efficiently with Head Office on customer campaigns

Skills

* Strong background in a telephone-based customer service environment

* Caring and professional telephone manner

* Proficient with inputting data and maintaining a customer database

* Ability to build strong relationships with customers

* Excellent time management and organisation skills

* Team player who can help in other areas of the business when needed

* Competent computer skills including all Microsoft packages
