FINANCE ASSISTANT / JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Main responsibilities
? To assist with preparation of data to enable accurate forecasting and analysis
? To assist with preparation of the sales rebate information ready for reporting
? To assist with the preparation of the balance sheet information
? To produce weekly reports on the KPI?s
? To process intercompany purchase requisitions
? Recording of POS and Inventory data
? To undertake ad hoc analysis tasks as required
? To undertake general finance administration duties as required

Main skills and experience
? Highly numerate and analytical by nature
? Minimum of Grade B Maths GCSE, relevant A-levels and above Grade B
? Ideally a graduate in a relevant degree subject; Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or similar, 2:1 and above
? An ability to work under pressure
? A desire to build a rewarding career and gain Financial qualifications through further study
? Some accounting experience such as Assistant or placement year would be beneficial.
