Civil Engineering Operative

Salary: £48,000 per year

I am looking for a civil engineering/road surfacing/ground works professional for a building site in the Bradford area on a permanent basis.

The role will involve but will not be limited to the following:

* Excavating/digging out of existing grounds using tools & plant machinery

* Laying of curbs & new road surfaces

* Trenching and planning

* Laying of flags and concrete/tarmac & block paving

* Working from engineering sketches

* Laying out of edges, driveways, and footpaths

* Fitting or refitting of gulley’s

* General housekeeping around site of machinery, tools, and site grounds.

* Surface repairs and upgrades

* Manual handling of heavy goods & materials

* High attention to detail

To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, and have experience within either civil engineering, road works or groundworks.

This role is offered on a permanent basis Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm with a salary of up to £48,000dependent upon experience & licenses held.
