Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year
Regional Reinforced Concrete and General Civil Engineering specialist is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their organisation. This position has come available due to an increase in tenders been awarded. Established over 15 years ago they have an excellent reputation for delivering construction services as a sub-contractor and principle contractor.
They undertake work in the following areas.
Substructure Work
Reinforced Concrete Building Frames
Reinforced Concrete Civil Engineering Structures
Precast Concrete Building Structures
Design and Build
Types of projects they have completed over the years include:-
Student Accommodation
High Rise Residential
Energy Waste Plant
Educational Establishments
Hospitals
Roads
They are looking to appoint an experienced civils professional that has trained as an engineer that is either a Project Manager in their current role or a Site Manager looking to take that next step up in their career. Candidates must have experience of managing general civil engineering contracts.
The initial project is based in North West. The client is looking to interview clients asap.
