A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established national organisation as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor based at their contact centre in Sunderland, with full ongoing training and opportunities to progress.
The Job
Provide first-class customer service by responding quickly to queries via telephone or post
Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Taking the opportunity to cross-sell other products where possibleThe Person
The most important thing is to have excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, having a flexible approach and ability to prioritise workload
Lastly a positive attitude and self motivation are key skills to succeed in this roleThe Package
