Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 per year

RDR is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant on a 12 month fixed term basis. This role will be carried out remotely working from home but candidates must be able to travel to the Middlesbrough office when required.

The Role

The Recruitment Consultant will provide comprehensive recruitment delivery for all temp/contract/perm vacancies for both the internal and external division of RDR Ltd.

Responsibilities

* Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications

* Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference

* Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company

* Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates

* Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions

* Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month

Requirements;

* Experience of working in the area of recruitment

* Degree level education

* Excellent communication skills
