Halcyon Health & Social Care are a specialist recruitment agency working within the Health and Social Care Sector, specialising in the adult’s and children’s sectors.

Operating throughout Gloucestershire, Hereford, Bristol, and Wiltshire, we supply temporary and permanent staffing to care providers and local authorities.

We are a young, vibrant, but very experienced, and well-funded Recruitment Agency that is not only unique and disruptive, but also one that truly understands the importance and value in really looking after our team, as well as our clients and candidates.

We are now looking to expand our talented team and hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant, this is an ideal job if you are currently frustrated with a lack of progression, limited earning opportunities, corporate politics, or micro-management!

  • Basic salary of £25K a year – rising to £28K after completion of probation period.

What we are looking for in our next team member:

  • Experience in a similar recruitment role or sales background is essential.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ability and experience working in a highly fast paced environment.
  • Energetic, tenacious, confident, and career driven.
  • The ability to communicate with people at varying levels of seniority.
  • A full UK driving licence
