About the role

We are excited to be looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leeds as we continue to embark on a period of continued growth within our Public Sector markets.

Your role sits in our expanding NHS Corporate Services team, focusing on identifying and attraction industry leading candidates, whilst building strong relationships with key clients within the market.

This role will offer you industry leading training and technology with a friendly, fun and dynamic team of consultants.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Jason, the key responsibility of a Recruitment Consultant is to ensure their personal sales results contribute to the Team achieving and exceeding Adecco Public Sector’s strategy and KPI expectations. You will be responsible for offering a consultative approach to both your clients and candidates.

What you’ll be doing

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
  • Proactively map out key clients within portfolio and implement effective touch point
  • Develop warm client relationships and a consultative approach
  • Attend client briefing meetings and conference calls, collect briefing information from client, consultant and from other available resources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client business and search requirements
  • Maintain relationships with both registered and placed candidates including placement administration and after care.
  • Co-ordinate and drive post-assignment activity including compliance and other ad hoc administration.
  • Identify talent within the market and assist these individuals with their job search by having in-depth conversations to identify their needs.
  • Arrange interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.
