Recruitment experience would be an advantage. Business acumen is essential, together with either previous sales or account management experience, with the ability to communicate at all levels – from Md’s, to HR personnel, Manufacturing Managers to Operations personnel, as well as candidates seeking employment from both industrial and commercial backgrounds. MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE.
