Call Centre Operative – Evenings

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a please apply a part-time basis working evenings.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with incoming calls
• Logging the information
• Liaising with internal departments
• Liaising with engineers
• General admin duties

Key requirements:

• Must have a good Geographical knowledge of the UK
• Must have previous Call Centre experience
• Must have good admin skills and be computer literate
• Must be able to pass a Geographical / Spelling test.

Evening shift – 5pm till 9pm or 6pm till 10pm Monday to Friday ( you will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends and get 2 days off through the week).

Rate of Salary: £26,000per year.
