Job Advert: Weekend Call Centre Advisor

Are you a skilled communicator who enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations over the phone and online? Whether you have previous sales experience or are new to the sector, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Join our team as a Weekend Call Centre Advisor and transform conversations with current and interested parties into valuable leads for our sales team. With flexible hours that can accommodate rotating weekends or one day each weekend, this part-time role offers 7.5 to 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls or engage with prospective customers online as per their request.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and guide them through our product ranges.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet customers and facilitate the completion of sales.
  • Meet or exceed set targets by leveraging your product knowledge and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Desirable skills in telesales, retail, estate agency, or customer service.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow directions.
  • Self-motivation and focus.
