Call Centre Operative

Due to company expansion & development, we currently have immediate vacancies for Call Centre Operatives (Job Controllers) based in our Central London Control Room. We are looking for motivated, practical people to join our friendly, highly professional telephone team. Main duties include taking customer enquiries, job bookings and allocating jobs to engineers.

Shifts on weekly rotation:

Mon – Fri, 07.00am – 3.30pm
Mon – Fri, 10.00am – 6.30pm

A minimum of one weekend a month must be worked with one of these days covering the evening shift. Due to our current workload, large amounts of overtime are available.

General Duties:

• Answer incoming calls
• Assist customers with their enquiries
• Update changes and status of each customer job.
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Book and allocate jobs to tradespersons.
• Liaise with engineers
• Make customers aware of all our services
• Other reasonable duties as and when required.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Stable career history.
• Previous call centre experience.
• Good telephone manner.
• Able to act professionally at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• 3 x excellent references.
