Call Centre Team Leader- Southampton
18-22k basic 30k plus
ZEST PERSONNEL are working with an expanding Call Centre in the Southampton area that are seeking to appoint a results orientated, driven individual to head up their growing Call Centre team of approximately 10 Agents.
Directly reporting to the Directors, The ideal candidate will have a background in Outbound B2B sales within a Call Centre environment and have a demonstrable track record of achieving results by developing others, analysing results, training others and ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved to ensure customer satisfaction. A background in Insurance would be particularly beneficial.
