Salary/Rate: £26,000/£19,000 annum
Location: Worcester
Description
Techsearch are pleased to be recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for a rapidly expanding distribution centre within a global manufacturing business. This is a top performing state of the art production site.
A warehouse team leader is needed to meet the increasing demand on the distribution centre and act as a support from the management, planning and from operative level.
You will need to have worked within a despatch, warehouse or production team leader role previously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate reports of stock levels particularly during the sale period
• Training and coaching of staff on all procedures and maintaining of procedures
• Adhering to company Health and Safety Policies
• Waste minimising either from Stock or pending Stock
• Ensuring Housekeeping standards are kept and maintained
• Identifying and keeping track of unidentified returns
• Promoting higher levels of productivity from staff
In addition to relevant experience, you will need to have motivation and the enthusiasm to want to develop your skills in management.
