IT Support Engineer

Salary £42,000 – £48,000

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer for a growing company. You’ll be part of the Support team and be the hands and eyes of the Projects and Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities will include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and

using remote support tools to provide immediate support. You will use email and chat

applications (e.g. Slack, Intercom, etc.) to give clients quick answers to common IT

issues.

You’ll be working from home unless a task or visit is assigned to you, whereby you

will be expected to be on-site and mobile depending on our requirements. Typically,

this would be around 3-4 days a week and may consist of 3-4 client visits per day.

Skills:

macOS (Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)) or equivalent.

Core MDM concepts (enrollment and deployment).

Google Cloud: G Suite Administration.

Microsoft Office 365 Administration.

Understanding of fundamental networking concepts and best practices.

Understanding of fundamental Information Security concepts and best practices.

Familiarity with Ubiquiti systems a bonus, but not a pre-requisite.

Exhibit self-confidence, integrity, respect for yourself and, others and good

judgement.

Maintain your cool and able to keep our customers and other team members

calm and collected.

Are organised and be able to prioritise and manage tasks.

Is punctual and reliable.
