Shift Leader Electricall Biased

Salary: £48,000 per year

Shift Leader Electrically Biased Building Services required in Guildford Surrey, previous experience of working in a Banking or Hospital environment is essential. You will be working on a shift pattern covering days only 07.00-19.00 on a 4 ON 4 OFF basis this site is manned 365 days a year. This is a temp to perm position and will be expected to temp for a minimum of 6 weeks before going permanent salary up to £48,000

Essential Skills

Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices.
City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
City & Guilds Part 3 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognized equivalent.
Electrical Apprenticeship gained within the building maintenance industry.
Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
Experienced in electrical installation work, plus electrical testing, and inspection.
Prior experience with permits to work (Authorized Person Electrical LV & HV – qualification ideally).
Prior experience of Building Management Systems.
Previous work experience in Banking or Hospital environment[s].
Effective communication skills at all levels both orally and using IT platforms.
Experience in computer PPM management systems.
Experience with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
Supervisory experience.
Proactive approach.
