Service Coordinator

Salary: £36,000 – £37,200 per year

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proficient service coordinator to work for a well established, well known commercial catering contractor that specialise in high end fish and chip fryers and rangers. With many years in the industry this company prides themselves in delivering high quality services which has allowed them to gain a great reputation along with customer loyalty.

As a Service Coordinator you will be:

• Office based 8.30am till 5pm Monday to Friday
• Taking calls from clients with their catering equipment breakdown or service call, taking the details down, booking out an engineer to them
• Uploading the job onto their database (Microsoft Dynamic) and getting the invoice out to the client

Skills Needed:

• Need to be close to the office in Redditch
• Experience in scheduling daily tasks (help desk)
• Fully computer literate
• Good knowledge of geography would be a major advantage
• Need to be committed and able to work under pressure
• Driving License would be beneficial but not essential for site visits
