Maintenance Team Leader

Salary: £60,000 – £60,600 per year

A fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader (Electrical/Mechanical) to join a Global Market Leader within its industry.

OTE £54,000 + 10% pension, 31 days holiday, Life Insurance, and much more. 

The right Maintenance Team Leader will support and lead the site maintenance plus all rectification activities plus continuously look to develop himself and others in the team. 

Maintenance Team Leader 

• Complete annual reviews
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety
• Support, and create the sites Health & Safety plan

• Ensure all contractors utilised are approved
• Maintain all relevant service records

• Prioritise system faults to minimise the impact
• Resolve day-to-day issues as they arise

• Support and lead LEAN projects seeking efficiency

• Identify system faults and determine the root cause
• Build a trusted and dependant relationship with the customer

• The successful Maintenance Team Leader will ideally have previous experience within an automated electrical/mechanical site-based or manufacturing environment.
• • HNC/ONC 
  • Proven experience leading a team of engineers
  • IOSH / NEBOSH Knowledge
  • Experienced in Continuous Improvement techniques
