IT Account Manager
Castleford
£18.5k + Commission
Working for leading IT reseller, main duties will include:
Develop and grow customer accounts through building relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction in line with Service Level Agreements
Trouble shoot underperforming accounts
Price negotiation
Generate sales orders
Promote company services and offers
Convert dormant accounts
Applicants must have previous sales experience, ideally within the IT industry, the ability to work to targets, overcome objections and manage accounts.
Benefits include excellent commission structure, free parking, paid annual leave, pension option and friendly working environment.
Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm although flexibility may be required.
