Business Development Manager – Retailers and Independents

£35,000 bonus Car allowance £5k OTE £40k
Do you have experience in working within the independent retail sector or convenience sector? Are you looking to work with an exciting, forward-thinking and innovative company? Do you have the ability to build effective relationships with customers?
You will be joining a market leading, growing, and successful company, who offers products and services to customers in the retail sector. Due to company growth, my client is looking for a dynamic BDM/Account Manager to join their vibrant team and be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services to existing retail customers.
Main responsibilities:
* Deliver and exceed expectations against budget and targets
* Engage with existing customers to assist and promote their growth
* Increase sales through effective account management
* Build a successful portfolio of 100% top performing retailers
Requirements:
* Previous successful Account Management experience
* Previous BDM experience
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Enjoy working within a target-driven environment
* Tenacious, well organised, and self-sufficient
* Knowledge of IT and Tech Services
* The ability to educate and enable top retail accounts
