Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Responsible For Day to day account management of major house building account.

1.As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client projects from brief through to completion including all aspects of design management, preparing budgets, estimates and schedules. Building and maintaining strong relationships with client and key stakeholders is essential.

2.Proactively contacting client (both HQ marketing and divisional companies) to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further business opportunities and assessing how USP can constantly ‘add value’.

3.Visiting client around the regions at their offices and on their developments, taking client’s instructions, liaising with the in house creative and studio design team, monitoring each project through its creation, production and subsequent delivery to the client.

4.To develop an effective working relationship with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and effectively interpreting their requirements as necessary to deliver successful projects.

5.Being part of the house building account team, engaging in regular team meetings, identification of new business and strategic long term opportunities within the existing client base. Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.

6.To develop, assist in and lead presentations/pitches to clients and prospective clients. In addition, representing the Company when necessary at meetings and networking events some of which will be outside of normal working hours.

7.Understanding all aspects of the business and company capabilities and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.

8.To identifying new creative concepts and target clients.

9.To keep accurate project notes where necessary and produce any relevant correspondence relating to client accounts when required to do so.

10.To ensure that all current work in progress is processed according to internal/client deadlines, which may from time to time result in extended working hours.

11.Undertake research and information collation for the benefit of existing and new client projects.

12.To handle and make presentations to clients.

13.To liaise with Studio Manager/Creative Director to ensure all work is completed on time. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

14.Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and being responsible for ensuring that completed projects are processed ready for invoicing – as and when necessary.

15.Production of quotations and contact/activity reports relating to Client accounts.
