Recruiter

As our Resource Specialist you will work with business stakeholders to understand the resource requirements, and recruit according to the headcount demands of the business. You will manage the end to end recruitment process from advertising to offer. With support from the rest of the People team, you will quickly become established in the business as an expert in recruiting top talent.

This is a part time role at 20 hours per week. Hours can be flexible over 2 or more days, within core business hours (8am – 5pm)

What you will be doing as our Recruiter:

• Create and maintain a library of job adverts that are aligned to the requirements of the role being recruited
• Use your experience to be creative in attracting top talent
• Utilise systems available, both external and internal, for advertising all vacancies
• Search and contact relevant candidates, using resources available such as LinkedIn, to pitch our vacancies utilising our fantastic culture as a unique selling point
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Qualify candidates through telephone interviews, ensuring they align to our values as well as competent in the role
• Progress or reject candidates based on CVs vs JD, and interview feedback
• Provide support and advice to hiring managers
