Salary: £26,400 – £27,600 per year
Credit Controller Sheffield £22,000 to £23,000 plus Benefits – Hybrid working
My client is a leading global professional services firm based in Sheffield. Due to growth an experienced Credit Controller is required to join this team. It is likely you will have two to three years experience in credit control and be looking for the next step.
Key responsibilities include:
* Chasing outstanding debt by telephone and e mail
* Enforcement of the company credit policies including query resolution and treatment of bad debt
* Daily debt reviews chasing outstanding debt
* handling client queries, escalating to the Team Manager as and when required
* Working with the debt recovery team to minimise overdue debt
* Account reconciliations to ensure correct allocation of funds received
* Issuing statements
The Person
* You will have a strong background in credit control
* You will have excellent IT skills including Excel
* Knowledge of legal billing would be ideal but not essential
* You will consistently produce accurate work
* You will be able to work to timeframes and produce accurate reports
