35 Hour Week

The right individual should have the relevant Credit Control, Debt Management work experiences, knowledge regarding holding conversations with customers, clients who are struggling to make payments, through excellent listening, empathy skills you will support our customers, clients to discuss the best solutions regarding their next steps in their journey.
The Credit Controller will be receiving calls plus contacting our customers who require support while carrying out a variety of administration work to ensure that we support our customers.

Ideal Candidate must hold a minimum of Grade C GCSE level in Maths.
