This is a fully office-based role offering a salary of up to £36,000 depending on

duties from start to finish. Key

Duties : Managing the full credit control process for a high-volume customer ledger Chasing overdue payments via phone and email Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Resolving invoice and account queries efficiently Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts Producing aged debtor reports Monitoring debtor days and reducing outstanding debt Escalating problematic accounts where necessary Supporting month-end processes and reporting Working closely with internal departments to resolve payment issues Maintaining accurate customer and account records What We Are Looking For: Minimum of 2 years’

experience within a Credit Control role Confident managing a busy and high-volume ledger Strong communication and negotiation

skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational
