Customer Service Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in the Birmingham area.
For this Customer Service Advisor role you will need to have experience within:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Background experience within inbound call centre
* Experience within administration
* Working within a team based environment
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Some of your duties will be:
* Inbound calls- taking poll calls in regards to the EU Referendum Elections.
* Data Entry / Admin support
