Job Title: Tax Compliance Senior/ Semi Senior
Location: Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex
Salary: £30,000 – £54,000+ Benefits & CTA Study Support

The Firm:
My client is a professional and friendly multi-sited Chartered Accountant with a superb staff tenure, they have asked me to assist them with the recruitment of a Tax Compliance Senior/ Semi senior, this role can be adapted to your level of experience. You will be based in their Bexhill office, which has an established and reputable client base.
The Role:
You will be required to manage a tax compliance portfolio of circa 500 personal tax returns, with assistance from Partner/ Manager level and some juniors, depending on your level of experience, this is very much a hands on role as well as assisting with the control of the portfolio. Their clients are local businesses and GP practices, with turnovers up to £2-3 Million, some including 10 Partner practices. You will be dealing directly with clients and their queries.
The standard of work is very high and they work in a fast, accurate manner, the firm offers good progression opportunities and within a short time depending on your skills and experience, you can develop towards a client management role at a pace you can influence.
The Candidate:
You must have over 4-5 years strong tax experience in a practice environment, ideally with healthcare client experience but this is not essential as training is provided. You will be either a strong ACA/ACCA newly qualified with a good level of tax experience looking to specialise in tax and grow with the role or an ATT/ CTA student/ finalist with a good knowledge of personal tax to come in at a more senior level.
Personal qualities required are; meticulous, detailed, fast and reliable with good communication skills – both written and verbal; a desire to provide an excellent service and to continue to learn and grow; car and clean driving licence essential.
