Customer Service Agent – 20 Hours / Week Part Time Perm

Our client is one of the UK leading express delivery services that offer a great working environment and is looking for Customer Care Agent to join their Customer Care team.

Package:

* Perm
* £26,000 per year
* Hours 10am – 2.pm Monday – Friday

Duties:

* Deal with enquiries from business customers in a positive and pro-active way
* Engage with customers to resolves queries & ensure customer receive the correct information
* Ensure all calls are dealt with in a timely manner

Person Spec:

* Experience of customer service administration
* Good IT and communication skills and to provide the best customer service possible to our customers
* Demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude
* Passionate about customer service
