Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Our client is looking for Customer Service agents with call centre experience in finance and or banking sectors to taking inbound calls on a campaign handling any queries which their customers may have as they savings and or shares with them as the company goes into administration. You will need to be able to supply them with the information they will require going forwards.
Skills / Requirements:
• Previous customer services experience (inbound)
• Experience in Banking/ Finance sectors
• Capacity to handle difficult/anxious customers
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good Command of the English Language, both spoken and written.
