The Company:
Our client is a well established international company

The role:
– To deal with enquiries from international customers via email/phone
– To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
– To translate documentation when required
– To manage orders, shipments and returns

The candidate:
– Fluent in English, German AND Italian (written and spoken) is essential
– Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential
– Strong Customer Service attitude
– Enthusiastic and dynamic
– Excellent communication skills
– IT literate
– Full ongoing training will be provided

The Salary:
£21,000 p.a. + Benefits
