HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT / HR ADMINISTRATOR
PART TIME 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK
Permanent Part Time Roles up to £20,000 FTE
We have 2 roles at 2 sites Free parking + Benefits
1 in Birmingham at our clients busy site 3-4 days per week
1 in Banbury, Oxfordshire at our clients busy site 3-4 days per week
A vacancy has arisen for a self-motivated, flexible and dedicated HR administrator / HR Assistant to provide support to the Group Human Resources Manager based at Birmingham West Midlands
The successful candidate will be required to provide general HR administrative support as well as looking assisting the Human Resources team and company as a whole, including new starters, leavers, sickness records, salary review, bonuses and staff assessment.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to liaise closely with all levels of internal and sometimes external contacts across the company.
You will be expected to work in strict confidence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You should be able to demonstrate excellent administrative skills with good organisational ability and the capability to use own initiative. Candidates will be able to prioritise their own workload and work efficiently and accurately to achieve required deadlines.
Candidates must be computer literate and have experience of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Access.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, effective and efficient person who works well in a team environment, has a background and keen interest in the area of Human Resources, as well as previously working ideally within a manufacturing, engineering or automotive environment.
HR qualifications or relevant HR studies or experience are desirable but not essential. Or perhamps NVQ Business
