OVERVIEW:
This role is a new position in a fast-growing company based in York. You will work closely with the sales team to guide developers through the company processes to generate sales of biodiversity units to meet company targets.

THE ROLE:
The roles main duties include:
Acting as a main point of contact for developers; managing the journey to the signing of agreements and sale of units.
Managing multiple accounts at any time.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns to develop and maintain relationships.
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
Responding to all general enquiries and following up.
Assist marketing with call outs and follow ups from events/webinars.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business and service offerings and work closely with the sales team to deliver and sell biodiversity units.
Ensure the CRM is up to date.
Meet individual and team targets.

THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate must have experience in customer service or sales roles. The ability to multitask and work on multiple jobs at once whilst remaining organised and efficient. Preferably education is to degree level. Strong communication and attention to detail skills are critical to being successful in this role.
