Marketing Coordinator

Salary: £27,600 – £32,400 per year

An exciting, full-time, opportunity has arisen with our client based in Melksham within the Marketing team.

As the Marketing Coordinator (Digital) you will assist with all aspects of the Marketing department. Our client is looking for someone with experience and an interest in Digital Marketing with an emphasis on social media and copywriting. Experience with mailchimp and online marketing platforms would be advantageous.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Work with the Marketing Manager for all digital campaign activity including Trust Pilot, social media and consumer emails.
• Create all copywriting material including blogs and new model information.
• Update online care guides and e-brochures.
• Keep the websites up to date to ensure all information is current and accurate.
• Update the stock system on the website, ensuring all stock sheets are processed quickly and accurately
• Work alongside our retailer network to ensure all communication and point of sale are administered.
• Assist with all fabric swatching for stores and retailers.
• Administer promotional materials and ensure this is reflected consistently through our website and social media.
• Supply all pricing communications to our retailers and update our website.

Skills & EXPERIENCE

• in digital marketing with an emphasis on social media and copywriting.
• Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp would be advantageous, however, is not essential.
• Previous experience within a marketing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Good attention to detail as there is a lot of data input.
• Frequent user of excel and word.
• Flexible approach. Be prepared to help the team with picking and packing of swatches and promotional material.
• Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
