This is an office based Sales Manager role, in which you will be expected to oversee the office personnel in their duties processing orders and dealing with customer queries in respect of the same.
You will be expected to train, support and encourage good sales practices ensuring customers are happy, informed and therefore in return purchasing our extensive product range in the knowledge that what they purchase is a fit for purpose quality product that arrives in good time and is cost effective.
Your goal will be to encourage your team and by so doing, and being hands on, you will increase sales, customer satisfaction and in turn make our whole product range known to existing and a new customer base.
We hope that your previous experience will bring to the Company a positive can do attitude embracing the most recent avenues for getting product information out there.
You will need to be organised, driven, conscientious and willing to work as part of a team with good leadership skills
