Salary: £26,000 per year

Technical Sales Support Manager, Aggregates industry; £competitive plus car and benefits

Arlington Moore Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected business with an impressive product line providing high end products to discerning customers. They are now looking for an experienced Technical Sales Support Manager who will be responsible supporting the sales team on technical specification as well as developing approvals and leading on product compliance training

As the Technical Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

* Maintaining and building good customer relationships to ensure market position is optimised

* Developing customer relationships from a technical perspective within key markets with the sales team

* Leading on technical aspects and supporting the field sales team with business and product development

* Development and management of specification and product compliance training

* Creating new sales opportunities by providing technical ‘know how’ and in turn increasing the sales portfolio

* Developing approvals

* Producing accurate management information including forecasting

You will ideally have the following:-

* Previous experience in a Technical role and customer facing, within the aggregates or cementitious materials industry

* Technical knowledge of aggregate compliance testing

* Knowledge of gaining approvals

* Able to work nationally

* An excellent relationship building personality which is driven and self-starting

* Good communication skills both written, telephone and face-to-face

* A full driving license

Ideally you will already be working as a Technical Manager or in a technical Lead role and have customer facing experience.
