My client a well established group of companies have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Financial Controller to join their Finance team.

Responsibilities

1. Accounts Activities
� Producing Management Accounts for all group companies, ensuring that all relevant accounts
Information is entered onto the accounts packages to ensure that
Management Accounts are produced to the relevant group company directors, company
Accountants and Bank on a monthly basis.

� Ensuring that all sales, purchases, wages & expenses are coded correctly to ensure that figures
are correctly posted.
� Produce and process VAT, PAYE, P45, P60, P11d, CITB Levy figures for all Delta group companies.
� Entering payments onto bankline, first authorisation approved. Second authorisation only on
approval of a group company Director.
� Updating cash books.
� Assuming duties of Credit Controller when on holiday / sickness (Credit Control and Wages)
� Producing all group company information for the accountants to audit yearly.
� Producing all year end figures for accounts and payroll.
� Filing of accounts paperwork.
� Any other accounts administrative duties as instructed by group company Directors.

2. Degree of Supervision
� Whilst there is a degree of supervision from the group company Directors, you are expected to be able to work unsupervised and prioritise and maintain your own workload as per the activities above.
