Due to our clients continued growth the opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the FP&A team plus a very competitive salary and benefits.
The Financial Controller will work closely and report to the CFO and will have regular exposure to the Leadership Team (LT) and senior business leaders, a great opportunity to drive financial performance by focusing on key internal business processes.
A commercial finance professional with strong finance business partnering skills who can successfully drive production and distribution, meaningful management information while develop/maintain systems to facilitate improved reporting.
Sales, Marketing, & Solutions Development Business Partner
* Lead for the monthly order intake process including preparation, submission & commentary on New Business Budget & monthly forecasting (SIOP Reporting)
* Assist solutions development teams regarding project costing to ensure maximum profitability while reviewing the reasonableness of assumptions and FX exposure mitigation oversight
* Finance advisor on strategic growth initiatives across all vertical markets and product solutions
* Lead for hedge accounting strategies for projects with FX exposure
* Develop robust financial models to enhance the forecasting accuracy of new business revenue
* Salesforce tool support to sales managers
* Responsible for managing all Selling cost centres (actuals, monthly forecast, STRAP, Budget reporting) to drive cost awareness and operational profitability
* Calculation and administration of sales incentive bonuses
* Delegation of Authority Compliance Oversight
* Finance advisor for non-standard contract terms
Financial Controller
* Qualified accountant with 7+ years post qualification experience
* Proven ability to prioritise workload to meet tight reporting deadlines
* Able to take the initiative and demonstrate an attitude towards continuous improvement
* Strong financial modeling, analytical plus excel skills
* Experience of driving change
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Senior Finance Sales Controller
